I like the paint scheme, kind of. If the passenger side had the same thing going on, and different colors were used (not a fan of baby blue) Then I think it would look awesome. There is too much going on the driver side, and not enough on the passenger. just my .2 cents.

well thanks again everyone, I didn't want to pay about 100 dollars for a new headlight so I was looking around online and I saw a guy who mentioned scrubbing it down with some toothpaste and I thought heck, it's worth a try so I started scrubbing and within 5 minutes all the yellow was gone
before
after
not bad huh?
and I think I know what i'm going to do with the car now
The designs are staying and I'm going to the place to get the other side done, I'm going to get a new intake, and I'm going to save up to get the gm supercharger, and i'll go from there.
also, the guy before me also painted some of the interior parts white and now the paint is starting to chip off, think I could pick up some stock parts for cheap at a junkyard?

the exhaust doesn't sound all that bad, I don't really think it's worth getting a new exhaust for a 4-cylinder, it'll always sound like a 4 cylinder
but about the paint, it was done by a place in dayton ohio called trendsetter customs they're actually supposed to look like they do, you'd hafta see it in person or i'll take a close up

i think it looks good. Even out the paint and ditch the spoiler while you are at it. Then its all motor from there. Enjoy the site, learn from some here and learn to ignore others.

Dude I like the car, Most alero junkies might say it looks like crap but it don't blend in like other aleros. When i bought my Alero in GA I had never seen one b4 and might have only seen a few while i drove mine there, it got alot of looks, But in Ohio where every one drives american made cars I see like 10 a day so now it just blends in, Over all Pretty sweet Ride you got!

There is no such thing as blending in...... you have to do stuff to your car to make it stand out. There are a good amount of aleros where i live and i get A LOT of looks from people. SO GET MODDING! ;-)

wow, here in cincinnati i see a lot of them, but usually there are older people who are driving them. This one has turned a lot of heads though, I'll get some better pictures up this weekend
and also, have any of you guys put the gm supercharger on your 99? and if so, have you ran into any problems?

yeah, sometime soon I'm gonna get one of those WAIs off ebay for 30 bucks or whatever it is, i'll leave it on till the winter is over (I don't see a point of a CAI when it's already cold outside, if it makes a difference let me know) then buy one of those 3400 CAIs and attach em together.
sorry guys but the outside is gonna look the same for while. or at least till I'm done with the engine.

yeah, I've done my research but I've heard it'll fit on the 99s but I won't be able to get gm to do my reflash (unless I'm lucky) so i'll be forced to get hp tuners
