well the site is up, but the ordering pages still times out. And I would rather take the word of the BBB over the news any day, but thanks for the update. Maybe if the reputation is cleaned up (starting with the BBB) then the company may not be frowned upon by so many.

but the whole point of the BBB and customer service at that, is to give the utmost excellence in customer service, treat everyone the same. Those 8 people represent the consumer, and when they voice (esp to BBB) that is proof of the excellence of customer service, or lack there of. Just like e-bay postive and negative experience and any word of mouth alike is the driving force of increasing or decreasing business. The customer is always right, and when the company does not abide or agree to that, then problems arise business decreases and the consumer goes elsewhere. In this economy companies can't afford that, and there are other places that perform similar services that are more then happy to please the customer, and thats what keeps them coming back and promoting products and services. Sometimes companies have to suck it up and kiss some butt if they expect to stay in business in the long run.

Yea. 3 years and $700 later I has no refund, no front clip, and no answers from them in like 2 years.

Hit me up with a number to call or something and I'll try it again.
Otherwise seems impossible.

All sould only judge on what is done to you, <<sound corney but it's truth look at the grand am kit carbor fiber ... It look's like and AED fasia right will that one of the reason AED was being ripped off by counterfiters..they know who they are, and they are being taking car of...
I left this site and rejoing after the BS clear'd and some have still dont know the whole story, but i'm not going to get into that..
I've offered any member on this site that like to drop by and have a beer talk and hang i'll help you guy in any way i can..
Ive been on this site for a long time, dunno if i'm still a VIP member anymore but i did pay longtime ago. i think my # was 27...

If I were close to Michigan I would come have a beer, lol. And judging by your blue name, you are not a VIP. But its good to see that you are looking to help those who may have been overlooked in the issues the company had, that speaks highly to you as a person and member of the board, if not the company.

Just a reminder: you prairie boys spread sand on the roads. I don't think your body kit would hold up well to that.
