Radiator Flush

Well if your doing it your self then you would drain the radiator, then pull the upper radiator hose put in the garden hose and turn it on about half way to flush the old stuff out...
Or you can go to the oil change shop near you and have them do it with thee machine.

But there isnt a radiator neck to fill it back up!

huh? you just put coolant into the resevoir and it'll fill the rest of the car. Then use the bleeder valve to get the air out of the system...

yes, the overflow tank is not an OVERFLOW... it's pressurized like the rest of the system...

Um....bleeders? I haven't seen any on mine. If it starts growing them, I'm going to get really concerned.

Yea the bleader screw on the top of the water pump.

ok... maybe its the wrong term... but the little screw valve on the front left of the valve cover. (as per last post... apparently its on top of the water pump.

...to the left of the oil cap. There is a little vertical black cylinder with a hexnut on top. With the car running, you use a small socket (7mm?) to open it, until coolant leaks out. At the beginning a bunch of air will come out, then bubbles, then just coolant. When its just coolant, tighten it back down, then shut the car off.

we have a correct answer....7mm is right and also use a 10mm to hold the bottom part of the bleeder... this is a brass part so dont HEMAN this part....
