Monza Catback 88-1474

Anybody heard of this setup or even seen it?? It claims it has DA which means dual angle cut tips. I've seen two pictures from a few sites but NONE of them have an original picture. I don't want 4 tips which I have seen the pictures of since I don't have the cut out on the passenger side of the rear bumper.

So anybody has any real pictures of this setup???

i believe pacesetter makes the monza right? If so billytheman has it, and it is indeed quad tips.

Yeah it is by Pacesetter. I'm hoping it isn't quad tip.

All exhausts for our car are dual outlets, if you want a single outlet, get one made at a shop around your area.

get it custom made...it's cheaper, and you get EXACTLY what you want...or, if you decide to get dual exhaust, i have something for you for cheap

Dual would look stupid without the cutout in the bumper on the passenger side. I'd go for it if it wasn't for that. I'm leaning towards custom at this point.

The only single outlet direct fit exhaust for the Alero was the borla, it's since been discontinued but you can still find it some places last time i checked, it's around $500. You could definitely get something custom made for less.

white04alero has a little shameless behaviour in the past
how much is it to get custom made exhaust?

For that you would just have to check around in your local area.

well your stock exhaust is still there right?

they're mild steel and painted so they should actually last longer than your stock system, if the whole thing isnt painted though it might be a good idea to finish it off...

I was going to get the pacesetter for a while. I had just planned on buying 2 or 3 cans of High-Temp enamel and just putting as many coats as I could on the exhaust and then touching it up after every winter or something like that.

it sounds better than i thought it would. My custom exhaust was $320 for single side with flowmaster delta 40 and a tip. The pacesetter is a good deal but i would have to buy different tips, the ones that come with it are not my style.
