That's up to you, I have Bosch +4's in mine and it started to miss something horrible, I almost traded the car LOL

I now have the ACDelco rapid fires in the 'ho, those and regular ACDelcos are just about the same IMO. Some guys will say the NGKs are good. I never used them. The Bosch +2s can work in the 2.4 but IDK about the 2.2. I have those in the Delta right now.

I use NGK TR55 platinums, noticed a difference. Better starting/response. Work well.

Do you really think you should change your plugs at 30k? When I start working for Bosch in the summer, I'll make sure I talk to the Engineers and I will come up with a new design for their spark plugs since I will be taking orders from the dumb engineers....lol. I say dumb now, but I will probably finish up my schooling and become one...

what's with all the fancy plugs? Running 15psi boost now @ 400+ hp, with AC Delco standards, two ranges colder than stock. waste of money for all that crap with neat names like "thermonuclear krypton" plugs. not being condescending, just stating that I really think you shouldn't waste your money feeding the marketing mongers. get what works, at a reasonable price.

exactly........

my motto..... as well as GM's motto when it comes to parts like plugs/wires/oil filter and such........ KEEP YOUR GM VECHICAL ALL GM, USE AC DELCO REPLACEMENT PARTS.

the car comes stock with ac delco plugs so why change what gm originally intended to be used in the motor

theres no difference except for wear for the most part, in fact some of the "high end" plugs produce less spark but last longer
