Well got it done friday night and she runs for about a few seconds than stall. Im unsure of the whole passlock thing or what ever but im gonna check the fuel pump pres. tommorow. But what i wanna know is how to relearn the passlock? By the way i got the ecm, bcm, and engine harness swaped onto the alero out of my 1998 cutlass

Couple of things for you to try:

1) check the fuel pressure regulator for bleed-off

2) crazy as this sounds, if you have an air-bag module under the seat, disconnect it, and see if that problem goes away.

3) check the MAF sensor

I'll look for more easy trouble-shooting clues.

Interesting, how come?? Newer airbag module messing with the older electronics?

never questioned it. Saw two different people on two different troubleshooting forums that tried that and they said it worked. Worst case scenario, it doesn't work. I was thinkin "sounds odd, but if it works....if not, hook it back up, oh well"

noooo, he brought the PCM and BCM w/harness all from the cutlass. The PCM shouldn't be the problem.

I've had passlock let the engine run for about 2 seconds or so then stall before..

Sounds like he needs to do a security re-learn to me also....I know you have to do one when replacing the ignition cylinder....this is basically the same scenario.

my passlock did that, it would let me start and then die 2 seconds later, put the key in the ignition and do the relearn and see if it works, or just bypass the passlock to be sure of it.
