I am looking to remove my PCM to get some information off of it, how do i remove it, and where is it located?

Don't remember exactly, but its under the dashboard on the drivers side, right against the side. You gotta take off a piece of plastic trim under there that covers it up if i remember correctly. Should just be 2 plastic push pins that hold that up there. Then I think it's just a phillips long screw that is holding it up in there.

Oh yeah, and if your going to disconenct it, remember to disconnect the Neg cable from your battery first.

Pry the plastic trim out of your way or pull it out. Then using a hex head (I think 1/4 inch) remove these 2 bolts, then pull the unit downwards.

Not too challenging, but it can get tricky with all the wires and stuff. Good luck

Send a message via AIM to Redog Send a message via Yahoo to Redog
They are actulaay 7mm bolts, they come out of the PCM but don't come out of the plastic wire houseing. You will see a white plastic tab closest to the driver with a black piece of felt. Push it toward the right, and the pcm will slide out. You will have to work at getting it out after it has left the slot. It comes down, but you'll have to move it towards you as it slides out
