I won't either as it can be done by a simple download, you really think DHP wants to deal with sending in 500+ tuners? :P

http://www.wbodystore.com/ has listed them for $100, If you decide to order contact the retailer such as PFYC and tell them about the $100 PCM they should know what you are talking about since the Owner of DHP sends the retailers updated pricing info first.

on a stock motor, there is very little difference, i didnt see a much of a difference till i put on my headers, your shift points change to 6000 rpm, and shift firmness is slightly increased, colling fan timer is changed, you have to change to a 180 t-stat, and the speed governor is removed, there are ignition timing and fuel timing changes, ive been running mine for almost 2 yrs, i had the first one for an 03, i get 19 mpg, about 240 miles to a tank, but i drive hard everywhere i go, if i drive real hard i get about 220 miles on a tank, on the highway, i squees out almost 300 miles on a tank.
if you are planning on modifying beyond CAI and catback DHP is worth it, if your gonna stay relatively stock, i wouldn't worry about it. but its all up to you.
