Tick tick tick... huh?

So...

As background I have a 2001 Malibu, 3100, close to 200k.

I've got a CAI/WAI (Depending on season) + 65 mm tb, ported intakes, heads, corvette valve springs, headers, down pipe, high flow cat and a 2.5" catback

I got the heads done a month or maybe more ago and it's been pretty quiet..
The valve train noise was more evident, but it wasn't coming from under the car...

This sounds kinda like the valve train noise but can be heard from the passenger side of the car mostly...

Ran it in the air for a bit and it didn't seem like the headers? (Didn't have much time to listen to it this way).

What do you guys think?

Sounds like rocker or lifter, one of the two. These engines are prone to the rocker studs/bolts backing out or stripping, if its a its an easy fix, heli coil and your done. The repair works if it turns out to be that.
