Sail Panel Part Number

Hello!

I am returning some parts to stock in my car.... I had cut out a large hole in a blank sail panel to mount my focal tweeters.

Long story short..... I now have big holes in the sail panel.

Does anyone know the part number for a blank or non blank sail panel. I would like to replace them with the stock pieces. It's a 99 and its the dark Tan color. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
