Difference being that my face baffle needs to be 16" tall. Therefore in order to get enough depth, I need to sneak it in through the cabin because mdf doesn't flex very well. lol. I'm sitting on 4.42 cubes before subwoofer and port displacement. Net volume: 3.35 cubes @ 34.85 Hz.

So I said I would post some pictures of the rear deck. Sorry they are crappy phone pictures, with very bad lighting, on a raining day so you can see the crap on the rear glass off of the paint. I still need to wet sand it but you can't really tell from the picture. The pictures are off angle too, so the right side looks a little off from the left. I still also need to build a plate so the seat latches work properly and to fit the opening for the latches.
By the way, if you are want to know how I got the air space for each 6x9 I used beans, take .35 cubic feet of bean (a little over for the speaker) and dumped them in, if it was too big I took the beans out and filled some of the air space up.

Okay guys, 3 more shows to the list.
First one in Carlisle, PA is allot of damn money for one show, even if it is 3x points, but the trunk class is free, so I total understand if no others want to go.
The June 6th one in New Castle, PA, cheap, should be fun, hope you guys will come too.
Same thing for the Mansfield, OH show, we will see next week how good these guys put on a show, so this one could be thrown out if they piss us off.
So let me know what you guys think, who's going and if your class changes.
Cashdollar, how does your set up look, its just one 15" in the trunk with one battery and one amp, correct? Street B then.

Hifonics BXi2010d - somewhere around 1800rms...
Kinetik KHC1800
I figured out street B about 64 posts ago. I was just confused about the battery rule. Haha thanks though man.

Looks good.
If I ever get to it, I might just have you do my glasswork as I suck at it and hate it (no patience).

Thanks Ryan.
I'm much happier with this piece then the old sub box. I just need a better place to paint, paint booth at work sucks for painting anything other then flat black speaker boxes, I think I would have been better just to paint it out side. I'm not sure that I like my stuff that good yet to be doing glass work for other people.

man i want to fiberglass my doors. the plastic parts (handle + cubby hole area) rattle far too hard. plus id rather replace them with a 3 way component set. the 6x9 area looks badass scott

Power it with a VFL 80.1
But that is some cash I just dont have at the moment.

I didn't say there was anything wrong with your Aztek or that you should roll that thing off a cliff in a ball of fire because its soo000ooo ugly, only that the Alero looks better.
Ryan I've been looking at those HDs man they look sexy, these pioneers of my'n are getting a little worn out.

Afugy, go ahead and change my "maybe attending" to a "definitely attending". Box finished and installed. TIGHT fit through the cabin and into the trunk but i'm pretty happy overall. Not the prettiest, but 3.2 cubes @ 36 Hz gets louder than 4 cubes @ 30 Hz. Can't wait to see what everyone is running with!
