I want to smoke my tailights, but not too dark like tinting does. I want to drop mine also, Which are best for it?

as far as the smoking compared to tinting, just do one light layer of nightshades as opposed to going dark

nightshades is like $10 a can... I have done 4 sets of tails with them now, and still have some left...

I agree with not wanting to do anything stupid... but for $10 and some gasoline you can try a design and if you don't like it, rub with gasoline to remove it... search through the forum for different designs people have done... myself, I have done 3 different styles, 2 with the black nightshades, 1 with the red...
personally I don't think my choices have been "ricer" but others may disagree... it's all personal opinion and what you like for your car! good luck
