Highly confused

Ok so what is the difference between the GLS, GX etc. i cant tell the difference >.<

They are different trim levels. GX is the base model, it might come with manual windows and stuff for example, GL has some power options, and the GLS would be the most expensive one, with V6 and power everything.

my options dont make much since. my car is power everything disc/disc brakes but no spoiler and hubcaps. it shows only the top of the line has rear disc but mine does.

those options are only for the 2004 model i believe

my 2000 GX has all disc brakes

I believe that in the early alero years, all cars had disc brakes all around. Later ones added it as an option. Mine (04) has rear drums . Anyways, to know what your car is just look at your vin code and check this link.

I'm assuming Alero level 1 is GS and Alero level 2 is GLS.
