In dry weather im not shure if its better to leave the trac on or off im almost positive in even slightly wet weather leav eit on or all you will do is a one wheel burn out till you shift to second, or at least i do.
I hate leaving the ETS on because it boggs the motor down if the wheels start spinning...i'd rather spin a lil bit w/ the ETS off because you're still moving forward and when it grabbs your RPM's are up higher and you'll accelerate better. I usually light up both tires..i never saw the point in getting an LSD for the Alero or Grand AM because I light up both tires when I do a burn out.
