Quality EXcel to VG all Aluminum no visible blemish

First Mod I did as it's also one of the hardest to do in what I call the Basic Mods.

What I rate as Basic. Intake, Pully, Exsaust.

Price Summit Racing 4/15/02 $177.00 Blue I picked up myself so include shipping or can go to NOPI ect.

Warning if you do not have basic Mech. skills do not attempt.
Installation
1 get floor jack or jack stands jack right side of vehicle
2 remove wheel and tire
3 remove plastic cover in wheel well
4 make sure you keep track of plastic buttons that hold inner wheel well.
5 take ratchet and untighten bolt that holds original pully.
6 remove bolt put in a safe place.
If you do not have a harmonic balancer get one now. I went to AUTOZONE
and picked up one made by NECK has a Garaffe in logo for $9.95 all prices are US
7 use harmonic balancer to pull old pully off.
8 put UR pully on
9 Take and put bolt back in pully and tighten down and torqe accordanly
10 Put inner fender back and make sure all buttons are snapped on
11 put wheel and tire back on torqe accordanly

Also Points I accadently left out
1 before jacking car up remove belt from engine
2 when untightening original pully use some type of lever to brace it as it will only spin
3 when finished put belt back on engine.

This was my first mod and it brought the engine up in revs. Responce was good and it brought out some HP but nothing special. what really impressed me was the lack of drag by the accessorys A/C P sterring and so on

If anybody else has done this mod please feel free to put in your input.
Or any questions or comments.[/b]

I have it and I noticed a difference in acceleration, but I also put on the AEM alternator pulley on at the same time. The pulley is a great mod![/quote]

the factory pulley weighs 4.7 lbs and the UR pulley weighs 14 oz.

revs quicker and you can feel the increase in performance.

after installing my pulley, when lights are on and you are sitting at a stop light the voltage that is lost by the pulley is between .7-1.0 volt. so instead of being at 14 volts it is between 13-13.3 volts.
