Anyone familiar with this TSB??

I have a 04' Alero. 71,000 mi. Been having these symptoms for awhile now; popping sound when turning as well as braking. I have already replaced both front struts, mounts and springs after the dealer suggested so. Sick of sticking money into the car when it's not fixing the problem. The popping happens when I am in reverse and turning to the left. Not any other way, unless I hit a bump.

Anyone familiar with this?
