Alright,, I've just put down some wiring for my amp. (I've done this in a few older cars.) Now I'm trying to get my seat to fasten back down. There are the 2 metal squared off hoops on the cusion, 2 clips, and 2 holes for them to go in.

I know it's GM's job to make everything dealer necessary, but it's just a seat. WHy so hard? :P

I suppose my problem is getting the clip to hold on to the metal hoop, and stay fastened when i push em down into the hole. It seems the want to come disconnected, even when I push the seat back towards the rear of the car.

push down farther, and then maybe manually lift the clip up...your spring might be getting weak?
