what should you do for performance mods is kind of an ambiguous question.
How about starting with what your goals are.....
mild street, wild street, strip, etc........

*facepalm*
seriously...tell us what you're general goals are, and we'll get you in the right direction: strictly appearance; strictly performance; mild-combo; balls-out; etc.
search for "clear corners" for appearance on the headlights. if you like it, there is a how-to on the site.

ok, that was almost a funny joke guys, but I'm going to tell you right now, the first time somebody buys one of those electric turbo on a joke recommendation, the recommending offender is getting perma-banned.
And now back to our regular programming.
DO NOT buy one of those pieces of crap, he's just screwing with you.

Things should be done in stages.
Were it me, and wanted to do things in stages, my recommendation is such:
I'd work on all the exhaust components first - headers, cat, and full exhaust together
Then I'd work on the intake path - upper and lower intake manifolds, throttle body.
The modifications will be within reason of having the PCM make minor adjustments to compensate until you can slam in a pre-tuned PCM to support those mods.
Overall, you'll get decent gains without going into all the internals etc.
If that's not enough for ya, and it usually isn't, then you can go for heads and a full tune.
Or, you could take the shortcut and pop in the headers/exhaust and then run nitrous
