Alright, i want to purchase some rims in the next couple months. However i can never find any good deals on 115X5 rims, only 114.3X5. What size ring should i get for the hub or would i be fine without one?

Hub Centric Rings
They aren't that cheap but the company is very nice...I lost one in the process of taking my wheels off for the winter and just emailed them telling them I "broke" one and they gladly sent me a new one for free (didnt even charge for shipping) and I got it about a week or 2 later. |

make sure you need them first though. I got wheels that were 114.3 and I didn't need them and I know of a bunch of guys on this site that have the same bolt pattern(114.3) and they didnt need them either.

Thanks a lot guys. Also, i have decided to do my interior this summer when i get back from college. I was planing on using vinyl die on the dash as krylon fusion supposedly only works on hard vinyl such as the grills and what not. Where can i get the die and about how many cans do you think i need? Also, i was going to replace the carpet with a black marine carpet. Should i just overlay the new carpet on the old one and use a like double sided tape or appolstry glue? Or do i have to rip out old carpet first? Thanks in advance.

this thread just took a 360. You should start a new thread with a new title so the people that know something about this will look at it. In my personal opinion, I would take the old carpet out and lay the new stuff in its place. If you lay it over the top of the original stuff, you may have problems with bulging, fraying, and it coming loose.

Hub rings have nothing to do with bolt pattern, but the hub bore size. Stock wheels have a hub bore that exactly matches the hub on your vehicle. Aftermarket wheels often have bigger hub bores to allow them to fit on more vehicles, and you use hub rings to fill the space to take the weight off the lugs and back onto the hub.

Exactly! Always use the rings with aftermarket wheels.
