11am - meet and greet
1130 - light the grill
1200 - eat (what? burgers/dogs/brats/steaks?)
1300-1600 - chill, chat, backyard UFC, something fun (ideas?)

Food wise do we want to make a run when everyone gets there or bring something for the BBQ....there is a Fry's a block away so a food run will work if everyone is cool with that.
