Where to buy Timken bearings in Canada?

Yeah yeah yeah, passenger side bearing is gone. I have the noise but no lights coming up. Dealer wants $550 CDN + 14% tax for an OEM replacement. My dad says he will replace it with no problems (The RAM had its wheel hub and bearing replaced as well last week).

Since it needs to be replaced, I'd rather replace it with a proper part. I hate doing jobs twice. I've got the sales office number and will give them a call once we have the Alero's passenger side off. Would that be my best bet other than ordering from the States which would take forever?

You could drive here to Buffalo to "World Discounts" or order a bearing from them...the more expensive bearing has a lifetime warranty. Here is the website address....

I got the part from Canadian Tire. My dad is installing it now and I'll test drive it tonight and see if the noise goes away.

Vinalero is on a distinguished road
You got the Timken from Canadian Tire? How much were they asking for it?

No, I needed the car and just bought CTs premium wheel hub and bearing for $200. It was not worth trying to find the Timken bearings. Nobody had them locally.
