Got Glass? Do you want some?
Spoke with Bodykits Etc. this evening about OSV matters and the potential Ram Air hood. Jose Rivas has to deploy with his sub crew very shortly and we will have access to his car for a while. He has given his permission to do what we want to his car within limits of course.
Are any of you interested in other body parts to be copied in Fiberglass like the Trunk Lid or fenders? If there is enough interest they may go ahead and copy the parts.
Only post if you would be interested and which parts.

There's already fiberglass fenders out there, btw. They have vents but shaving those would take minimal effort since they're already FG.
The shaved trunk deck in 1 piece would be a really good idea, though for sure. Plus hood, duh.

how about a fiberglassed dash... since, most of us would love to have a quality one, but can't afford (skill, parts, time) to do it ourselves

I want a one-piece funnycar body. Strike that, I'd rather have a functional cowl hood with a real 4" cowl instead of that dinky little 2" one that used to be offered.

FG Dash/Center Console
FG Door Panels
CF Hood/Trunk lid
The trunk lid license plate/ inner tails portion of the trunk can be removed, huh? If they can't FG or CF the trunk lid, maybe they could make a shaved version of that part and the buyer can FG it to the assembly and have it painted. May be cheaper in the long run.
And yeah, FG fenders already exist. No point in two companies selling a part that has little to no demand.
This is just a pipe dream, but if I ever went "show", I'd like to have something like this. This is a direct replacement for a J-body back seat meant for subs, amps, nitrous oxide. Something like this or for the trunk would be cool

I doubt any other bodykit would pull enough attention to convince anyone of another groupbuy just for the sake of being widebody. If it "were" doable, it would most likely be a widebody version of the OSV. They would already have the kit on hand to expand upon but you'd have to scrape together another donor car. Jose's patient is probably spread thin enough

anything is possible, and it would really only consist of the side skirts, ye lil bit on the front and rear. I was almost thinkin bout doing it if I got bored, but I would need a garage and a lot of glass.
Sh*t I guarentee that if a wide BK was made it would make our cars look like Supra's, mine has already been mistakin for it.
You want original, you gotta go wild!!!
