For upshifts and when I heel'n'toe on downshifts. It doesn't rev fast enough when I blip the throttle and on upshifts I would have to wait a bit in order to smooth out the shift.

mine was stiff again this morning because of the cold too (-35) but did loosen up after a bit of driving.

ahh ok I see what you mean on the down part but for the upshifts I don't seem to find that, prolly just different driving styles.
