Well from the name I can guess it's a low emissions engine...hell...I just don't know specifics.

ecotec is the 2.2L GM engine, or they have a 2.0L in some applications

I think to help clarify this a bit... Our cars have 3 different engines available... the 2.4L ld9 (4banger), the 2.2L ecotec (4banger), and the 3400 V6... from various discussions, most have said that the ecotec is the most durable of the 3 engines, and if found with the 5-speed manual, one of the most sought after of our cars...

pacesetter = you spent too much money and should have gone to an exhaust shop and had one made

FIXED
$230 is too much for an exhaust?????
I would rather install the exhaust myself than bring it to a shop so they can make one. actually.....its probably more expensive to bring it to a shop, cause you have to buy a muffler on top of the price the shop charges. No thanks! I did take a risk being the first V6 to put a pacesetter on......but im VERY happy with it. Cheap + nice sound = billy happy

I paid less installed and had it on in less than an hour from the time I walked into the place. I wasn't even going to do it, it just happened to be next to the store I went to

Ion says Billy's pacesetter on the V6 sounds good, it sounds pretty good on the v6 videos I've seen as well. So I think I am going with that. Sucks it is going to have to be put on hold because I just found out today that my caliper seized up on my passenger side...so who knows how much that'll cost because I'm in the city and don't have a garage to work on it myself. Always something...

here you go, keep in mind I don't have a header installed yet, and it isn't the best camera in the world, it's at night so you can't see anything but I wanted to get the sound up
