im looking at your last pic btw.. couldnt you loosten the hose clamp at the throttle body and swing the intake closer to the power steering pump. then loosten the next hose clamp and swing the intake down to light everything up?

i tried to move it every way i could and it would not line up correct. and if i removed the pipe from the elbow and just bolted it to the P/S pump, it would not be able to connect to the elbow again. it seems like the throttle body is not in the right position, or the bracket to hold the intake down is not in the right position. but i do not want to try to bend it anymore because i am afraid of damaging the pipe rendering it useless untill i could find someone to patch weld it.

updates as of today. i de-badged the alero, tinted the tail lights and did a functional hood scoop job. pics will come when i resize them.
