well latly i noticed my trany hasnt been shifting to well and on a long drive it woudlnt shift into 3rd so i had it at abuot 4500-5000 rpm gogin 60ish on the way home. anyone have any ideas? its a 3.4 by the way

How many miles are on it? Have you ever had it serviced?

Wow sounds like you were in default second gear limp mode, where you getting any shifts at all?

ive had it serviced and flushed once i have just over 100k KM so about 75k miles or so i was getting a hard shift from 1st to 2nd but never shifted to 3rd and it went past its normal shifting point from 1st to 2nd aswell

Is it possible it's the solinoid? Try unpluging that, If GM still uses them in cars.

They get stuck open after a long drive and cause riugh shifting and stall out stops
