Unhappy Engine Knock only when warm

So My Engine knock When hot or warm. It doesn't at startup, only after i drive for a while. Oil looks good, not foggy. Doesn't seem loud enough for a rod, but maybe. No power loss. Any ideas?

all gauges seem normal. I listened to it and it seems somewhat erratic. When i bought the car, it was very low on oil, Could a lifter have collapsed in this type of motor? It sounds lower pitch than that, but i've never listened to this type before. It drives fine, no lights. It does have a light shake to the motor though, almost like a miss, but i dont hear a miss.

does it get louder with rpms or no? and if it was low on oil thats never a good sign....it could have damaged some inside.

doesn't get louder. Almost smoother with higher rpms. I'm going to drop the oil and see if there is any coolant on the bottom, but the dipstick looks fine.

Yeah, ive put 4000 miles on the car now and the know is still just tickin away. A friend of mine has a malibu that has the same knock, and he said he's put 30,000 on it and still goin. Guess i'll just drive it until it gets bad enough to figure it out.
