Looks like it is just the size of the grills itself notice how the descriptions says,

#01 99-04 Oldsmobile Alero Mesh Grill Kit.

#02 99-04 Oldsmobile Alero Mesh Grill Kit XXL.

#03 99-04 Oldsmobile Alero Mesh Grill Kit XXL FLAT.

and the last one is the same as the second one but is flat and I guess the others are rounded some what?

no no no. It's the type of mesh material used. Look at this page here http://www.customcargrills.com/products.asp?id=1 to see the differences.

Below is a pic of the regular mesh and the XXL mesh.

XXL and Flat:

Good guy to deal with to. One of the few to actually make products for the alero when no one else would. (carbon fiber hood, emblems, oil caps, pullies, etc.)

just go buy some chicken wire, its cheaper and does the same thing. The only advantage you will get from ordering over the net is that they will come pre-cut. Whats a little more work? It will save you money

I'd go with #2. The first one loox like it would catch too many bugs. And #3, unless painted, which look like something you could have done at home. And maybe it's just in the way that photo was taken, but #2 has a nice shine to it.

Dude, get the gutter guard stuff. It is the exact same stuff as that except a bunch cheaper. Its only like 2 buck or sumthin at Home depot. I have it on mine and it looks great, i don't have pics yet though. HA HA

Go with the #2 its the best

its what i ran in my razzi kit (which u can prolly see cuz last i saw he uses my car to show it LOL)

the last one is completely flat and loox nasty up close

the XXL it perfect

IMO using chickenwire or gutter guard is stoopid and makes ur poop look stoopid up close

take my word for it, i have used 3 differen't kinds of grills and the XXL stuff is the best
