YAY METAL LIM gaskets! 3rd time LIM fix & A/C compressor seal crapped out **56k out

Went to autozone and got the new felpro problem solver set and saw they finally made a metal lower intake manifold gasket!

LIM leak is back! .. I did my own in april of 2004.

Oil isn't mixing .. just leaking coolant down the side of the block.

And

here is my A/C compressor oil all over everything! F-ing SEAL!

If its not one thing .. its another! .. oh well.. all simple fixes, which i'm doing myself.

Sucks about the problems, but it is about damn time they made a metal LIM gasket. Good job to whoever decided to make it. I may go to autozone to get one for the future b/c i'm sure its only a matter of time before mine goes again.

The metal LIMG run about $90ish

How hard? Depends on your skill level. If your not to good with puzzles, I would advise taking pictures as you tear it apart.

Providing you got all the sockets and a torque wrench its all good. First time with the metal gaskets, second time on a 60 degree V6. I think it took me 5 hours or so, and I was slacking off.

If you are loosing coolant and its spraying out between the head and lower intake manifold you better replace it. Especially 2 gallons in 70 miles. The cant be good...
