they are the hangers that hold up your exhaust. instead of metal brackets that could rust, or start rattling....
take a look under your back bumper... you'll see somethings that look like those.

I would be interested but mine are in good shape and I plan on custom exhaust work soon since the flanges at the cat/exhaust pipe are very rusted. Still, if the price is right ......

So they're stiffer, meaning they wouldn't sag as much with the weight of the exhaust hanging on them I'm guessing? Actually, sounds like I could use a pair.
