That is false. Do not buy that kit.

1. It's designed for "1996-2000" which means it likely has outdated gaskets made for the pre-2000 era or the seller doesn't know and could have incorrect components.

2. Federal Mogul bearings? We want Clevite77.

3. It does not include Eagle rods, or any rods, for that matter.

4. It comes with a copper headgasket. You do not want this.

5. You don't need lifters.

6. You want Wiseco rings, not whatever generic one they have listed.

I'll send you a list soon, been super busy with a ton of random stuff lately.

My bro pulled his 350 out of his suburban, and had a rebuild done for 1200. The reinstall sucked though, he said he will pay a shop to do it next time. The damn shops are bending you over. Good luck shopping.

BTW your car is looking sweet, I'm prepping to do the same to mine. How much did you end up spending and do you have a parts list.

when I had put my headers on..i had lost some of my low end torque...well i got it back now and then some . You can feel on tap slowly pulling away. i also have more mid range power....the mp45 didnt do to well pulling at a higher rpm but now i have some good passing power at higher speeds especially when the tranny downshift...it pulls....when I tune it i definitely gonna have to remove the speed limiter...cause it gets up there more quickly now

that's awesome.... I can't wait to get my build underway, another week or two and I start buying parts so I'm researching like a madman at this point.
