my old setup was capable of doing a high 11. The few issues that came afloat at those times was... I ran the stock headgasket and headbolts and a SPEC stage 3 clutch. Running around at 15lbs and 430'ish hp obviously you can see something would happen.
It happened at the track, I blew the headgasket and trashed the clutch and ran a 12.4@118mph, if that mph tells you anything it tells you that the car had the juice to do it, just wasn't able to get it to the ground properly enough.. To run a 12.4 you can do it with like 350hp.
The next few times out the tranny itself was an issue, destroyed tranny. This was a tranny I learned to drive stick in, as well as teaching 3 girls to drive stick in. Imagine all the grinding we all did while learning.... So now with all the power going through it, the synchros killed themselves.

Sure it is. 12.5 is a mid 12. 12.6-12.9 is a high 12. 12.0-12.4 is a low 12.

corrected!! oh and i'm just busting on spy, i'll be the first to give him props for what he has done, and from what i've seen he has got some new parts that will really wake things up....
oh just to point something out, the 24.5 in drag tires effectively raise gear ratio and rpm range allowing the turbo to really do the work sooner than normal.....

How much power are you looking to push? Having the headers dump into a collector the same size as the exhaust is the best way to go

3.5" would be fine for a 500hp 3.4L V6.

Oh I intend to do more than that!!!
The built engine is far out of budget this summer, but being turbo'ed to 8 or 9 pounds is WELL within reasonable, along with a few visual enhancements . This summer will be effing insane, on EVERY level possible. It will be unmatchable. Period.
Edit: Well, at least for me. lol
