Fuel Pressure Regulator

Greetings. So over the past few days i have noticed a strong fuel smell coming in through my vents and out side of my car, so i did some poking around in my engine bay and found that my fuel pressure regulator is leaking like a sieve. It has gotten so bad fuel is like dripping from the bottom of it.

So i need a new one. Where can i find one? I've googled it and cant seem to find much. Also are there aftermarket ones available?

I guess this also explains why i am seeing about 18MPG, 22 at best.

It also apears to change this i will have to remove the fuel rail, according to a haynes manual. Any tips on removing it? Is there a way to clean it, i mean might as well since it will be torn to pieces.

Thanks for link, but $150-200 seems like a bit much. Or are they all priced like that high.
