2 Boosted Aleros at the track
This was way early this season with stock tires. I have the silver alero (obviously) Greg (local guy who is very quiet on the boards) has the white alero. We both didn't do very well but oh well, i figured some of you might be interested..........

damn, that's risky running 10psi with no tune....most I would run is 6psi without tweaking the fuel/timing

i could be way off, but i assume they had bigger injectors, and adj fpr, and they are also 4000+ ft elevation...i think with with altitude correction, its like low 13's
but i could be way off, its been awhile since reading about the Colorado boys

4,000+ would be a mild understatement. Not sure which track they're hitting, but IIRC one of the tracks in the Colorado area is known as "Mile High Raceway".

Bandimere where we race is listed on the NHRA website as 5800 feet....so yeah altitude is definately a problem. We were both running a 2.2 pulley which gives about 8lbs pounds max boost......we were also both running hp tuners, bigger injectors, and adj fpr. Greg has some other stuff but I am not sure he changes shit so much now. He actually just completed with my old Water-2-Air Intercooler setup I sold him and is visiting his mother at lower elevation so he should have some better times....and as far as dialing in, that was actually my first time at the track with the supercharged alero so i'm not used to the car yet.....

sounds better with the 1.7 pulley at like 13-15lbs of boost......
