security relearn...wtf?

so anyway i got my car back from he autobody shop, and then i had to replace my starter, so i figured while the tools were out i would do it...anyway i finish the starter, everything is fine, then i pop in the PCM and i have to do a security relearn...you are supposed to have to repeat the steps like 3 times...but i only had to leave it on the "on" position for 15 minutes, then it started right up afterward...so idk if thats a bad sign or something, just took it for a spin, can feel the difference and i see the RPMs shifting at higher RPMs then the stock ECU

I usually drive the shit outta it, after I lose power or disconnect my battery.

then it shifts like I like it..
