Will this CAI work??

You have probably had many of these post us and probably get annoyed, but I really dont have the time to look through them all, i have to work, is this worth buying or not for my alero? thank you!

it would be better if it had a pipe to replace the accordian piece between the TB and MAF but for the price i would say its worth it.

Yeah it'll work. Then just get a sort piece of pipe the same diameter as that intake to go between the MAF sensor and the throttle body. Should work well for you.

What is the diameter of the pipe between the TB and MAF? I'm guessing I'll have to drill my own hole at the top to insert the plastic tube

Excellent find, bro. Just ordered mine. Probably one cheaper out there somewhere, but it's the only part missing in my custom set-up. I need it NOW..ha

yeah, the original posted item was shit without the piece jackal found.

Corregated pipe is a no-no in any intake system. major flow disruption.

I'm trying to imagine how great of a filter it includes for under $20.

PS: I hope when the ad said "easy installation with the right tools" they weren't referring to a plasma cutter, chop saw and tig welder.

the filter that came with my honda intake was a crappy paper one but a trip to pepboys and $20 later had me a power stack oiled one.
