you should offer it in CF also.... i mean, once you have the mold, shouldnt be any problem right?
|
Do you have any idea what is involved in making carbon fibre pieces?
Lets just say you need an expensive roll of carbon fibre, a lot of spare man hours, oh and another little thing: a huge, pressurized oven big enough to fit your parts in. [/b][/quote]
well since you want to be a rooster about it, i was talking about taking the mold to a shop that does CF and having them do it. the most expensive part of getting anything in CF is getting the mold done.

^^Hey, i was thinking the same thing, buddy. I know Silent has alot of OTHER things going on. But It would just suck if a year went by since this pre-buy started and this project still wasn't finished, or more correctly, hadn't even started.

How do you figure that? If anybody need their money back all they need to do is ask. Im not forcing anybody to stay in this prebuy.
But as an update since we are not getting the origional osv mold like we were trying to I am gonna start on the front bumper this week now.

What makes more sence to me about this whole situation is know you have to have it custom made correct? Why dont you lone Erebuni your Alero and have them make it for 3,000 bucks they only list on there site that they will make shogun kits but who knows they may be interested enough to want to do it.
