question pertaining to oil pressure light

This light will come on for a few seconds whenever i make a left turn that is somewhat sharp, but if i turn right it doesnt do it?

your oil is low, when you turn it's sloshing and starving an area of the crankcase of oil, or where the sensor is. it's not good to do. causes spun bearings on the 2.4L.

Check your oil first, make sure its full and clean. Its possible that your oil pressure sending unit isn't reading correctly, but you need to check the important possibilities first, pronto.

i replaced the oil sending unit whenever i rebuilt the motor. Its not low but lets say it is, why doesnt it come on when i turn hard right and only when i go left?

it's probably on the left side of the engine. So when you turn left, all the oil goes right and sensor gets hungry and tells you.

actually the oil sending unit is actually located on the front side by the oil filter so its more towards the center i believe...

it's like the coolant light, the sensor's right in front so when you accelerate it could come on as it all sloshes back.

This is exactly what happened to the Delta's 307 motor, I ingorned it.

Then I swapped in a new engine
