well a long time ago when i did my door speakers i broke my powerlocks taking off the door panel

and i was wondering if i could just go find any junked car and take the powerlocks out to solder to my wires or if it had to be an alero or what

Yea, just go get one from another alero and put it in. Will work just fine.
