HELP !!!! Weird Passlock issue

And i don't wanna hear it... i've used the search button like a whore... couldn't find anything.

Ok so rewind two + years ago. Bought my car and the ignition cyl was changed. Always have had a hard start issue. sometimes wasn't there. sometimes took me a couple of minutes to start. Well after doing a induction service and installing a new moonroof motor. my car decided not to start. spent the time doing the passlock bypass to get it started. waited and all that and didn't work.

After that started to strip down the interior to get to the ignition cyl and come to find out that the Yellow/White/Black Passlock wires that were supposed to be in the key cyl werent plugged in the whole time... for the past two years... and now passlock starts to act up.. WTF HELP PLZ !!! lol sorry bout caps.. but seriously any insight to this...

Oh yea.... all diagnosis work is being done at my shop. I have fuel and spark, but no injector pulse. So thats why it leads me to either Passlock or the injector drivers in the PCM took a dump

ok. read up on all that info. still can't figure out how the car ran without passlock hooked up to the ignition and it wasn't bypassed. But now we got it back up and running reset the fuel trim tables... not sure WTF happened

Had the passlock problem last year (5-6 times), security light got on , so i had to wait with the ignition key at ACC or ON for 10 minutes until the light turn off than i could start the car... pretty annoying

I thought of doing the bypass but i decided to try to clean it first (read that somewhere on the web) using an air duster can & rubbing alcohol , you first clean your key with the alcohol & use the air duster can & spray in the ignition cylinder 5-10 sec. & it should work good as "new"...

Well lucky me? , it worked & my car start every time without any problems for the last 7 months now , the only problems is now my security light stay on all the time & i think , i may have short out the sensor inside the ignition cylinder because of the air pressure of the can or i got the straw to far in?

I could always take out the security light in the panel but i am use to it now i don't even notice it anymore
