Haunted Security System
I dont have a remote to lock / unlock, at least I didnt receive one when I bought the car off its previous owner.
However, many times when I shut my door and walk off about 3 feet the car honks at me, on its own, and locks itself.
What the hell.

if you hit the lock button one time when you get out if the car... it sets the alarm after a few seconds... if you hit it twice, it locks the doors immediately

You can get a fob on eBay and have the dealer program it for you.
Probably cost you about $20 at the most

indeed. if you double tap the lock, it'll lock immediately and not act "haunted"

If it honks.. does this mean you have an alarm? or keyless entry? O_o
or is that just something the car does to kinda help prevent you locking your keys in the car-

kinda just something your car does to let you know that its locked...its supposed to prevent you from locking your keys in but so far ive locked mine in 3 times haha

my car randomly locks the door at every now and again so whenever I get out the car and leave it running i roll down the window to stick my hand in just in case....now thats haunted

my car did that untill my door locks blew the fuse every time LOCK was pressed.. gotta get that checked out-
