i did it in 4 sections.
and i just eyeballed the entire thing. certain sections were alot easier than others since i am extremely right handed. it was hard for me to pull it back towards the right. i had to keep peeling it up and re-laying it down. it took me about 78 feet of stripe to do all of them and to do 3 strips on my 3rd light. |

I'M DONE!!! Sarah your advice helped A LOT!! i'm going to be going out and getting a can of clear coat to put a light coat on top of it so it doesn't peel. I have an extra set of brake lights at home so i don't have to worry about that. IT LOOKS GOOD IMO!! i'm going to be posting pics tomorrow when i get off work!

Kurt! They look awesome! If it's starting to peel up already, you didn't get it pressed onto the plastic good enough. Go over them with your thum really good once more before putting any clearcoat over them!!!

Thanks Sarah...couldn't have done it without your help tho! but yeah....i've been pressing on them pretty hard. i was going to clear coat them about an hour ago......RAIN SUCKS!!! never fails....hence me being here when i should be sleeping!!

and make sure you cut off that little piece that's sticking into the cutout, there.

Oh, I see, but there's not really enough detail to the rest of the cutout to warrant that and most people would probably assume you forgot to trim it.
