they will fit, but it will a very tight fit

also, remember that the 85 dollars won't give you everything you need.

don't forget about the anti-rattle clip and the camaro caliper brackets and whatever else they say you will need

Question, The corvette brakes, can you just swap them from a vette, or do you need to modify them, and what about the back brakes?

Yes they do fit with the GLS wheels. I have them and have tried it. Tight fit but it will work. Kenshin there are no mods, bolt on the Camaro bracket, bolt vette caliper to that, install the rest as normal. There are no mods for the rears except the Baer kit.

Get some Bremb Rotors. I had Brembo Rotors on my Impala, they worked very well and I got them from tirerack.com. They are just blank rotors, not cross drilled or slotted.

FYI the anti rattle clip comes in a set of two, so you only need to purchase one box of them.

I am sure Brembo probably makes something that will work with the right amount of money. Impala Rotors are 12 inch I believe which is pretty big.

16 inch GA wheels WILL NOT FIT over this brake mod, the only 16 inch wheels known to fit are the Grand Prix wheels, the very thin directional 5 spoke rims

Ken how would you know? Do you have these wheels? Do you have these brakes? I have this exact setup and I know for a fact it does work. When I get new snow tires on the stockers in a few weeks I will post pics as proof when they go on.

EDIT: I now notice that you said GA wheels, those also fit. There are pics of this on GAGT.

What wheels fit depend on the calipers you use. the F-Body calipers should net you more room than a C5/C6/GTO caliper. After all, they had 16" wheels stock.

I'm currently working on a *real* Corvette brake upgrade which you can run ANY C5/C6/Z06 caliper and rotor. This swap is basically a camaro brake upgrade. There is also the possibility of using the Cadillac "V" calipers with the C6Z rotors. I don't have any intentions of running brakes that large, so I haven't gotten the parts to test that one out. Other than that, I have a handful of other C5/C6/F-Body brakes in the garage working on what fits and what doesn't.
