Bought my Alero just over 2 months ago, 2003 GS 2 dr 5 spd. AleroSS sent me here and I am looking to learn some new things about my new car and hopefully one day be the first turbo Alero in Winnipeg (you so know I will be Landon). My last car I owned was a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi

Welcome to the site man ! Good luck on the turbo project, should kick arse when it's done ! ** go with the HP kit, I've heard lots of good things about that particular kit. If I had the cash, that's what I'd buy ( with the dhp program option instead of the alky )

Your car must be fast, you were haulin' ass when I passed you in my 4-door Buick.

you're gonna have to explain what this kit is. The turbo wont be happening for a year or so, (when the car is finally paid off)

http://www.turbochargedpower.com/Pon...Grand%20Am.htm
If you scroll down, you'll notice they mention that this package comes with an alky-injection kit OR and DHP pcm reprogram...I'd go with the DHP reprogram, but that's just me. It would be time well spent getting a more professional opinion such as Springs or S/C Alero on this topic though....

welcome ratmfan ^^^^^

question for Rev, I always wondered when people use the word "word" like that does it mean yes I agree with everyone else or just like yea what the other guy said or is it just a interjection that you type in so you can gain a post without any other thought lol. Just out of curiosity...

ya know, I couldn't tell you... I think it can be used in various ways, like sometimes someone will say what's up to me and I will just say word.. But mainly I think it's used to agree with a statement, Like if someone said Aleros are freakin sweet cars, i would reply with "word"
And yes, it is a lot simpler than trying to think up something to say lol
