Not since I've been running AOTM.
Once I tied with another member, there was a vote off, and the vote off tied. However the guy running it didn't like some people on the board and the other member and I were people he didn't like, so the same pic stayed up for 2 months 
There was another time when people were left out of AOTM and they were elegiable, again read above That happened more than once.
The claim was that the pics were "missed" because the thread were regular threads, where comments were placed and some of those threads were 9 pages back then

lol thanks guys. i'll def try to have some more interesting pics in the future. i have some very interesting mods up my sleeve that my finances just can't handle right now. Good luck papa, I really like that kit on yours. Didn't I see wheels on yours before or are you just waiting for winter to be over?

I sold them back to guy. they were 18's and just to big for my liking. when spring rolls around I'll have new 17's, and lowered, and some tint, and new exhaust, and... ya. good win btw! it'll be a good pic to have up for month!
