Aaah the speed sensor is why my cruise doesnt work too!? I know I have a / or multiple bad speed sensor(s) in my alero, ETS button doesnt wrok, abs light / SVS or CES light comes on along with security light all at same time, car throws a TPS code every time its connected to a scanner, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Debating on whether its worth trying to fix or not, anyone familiar with the pricing of having this work done? I would need to have a place diagnose it either way to figure out which speed sensor it is ( theres 50 bucks ) and the assembly from what ive seen for new is around 120. Not sure how long it takes to replace being as ive never done one before so Im not sure what labor costs would run.
