I was looking into getting the sound system in my car changed around... Infinity components, and 2 10" Infinity subs (and MTX amps). Has anyone tried these yet... or have any words of wisdom to pass on? Thanks.

I've got the Infinity reference series 4x6's up front. They sound really good. Don't know about the subs though.

I have Kappa 4x6s up front and 6x9s in the rear. They put out awesome sound, but I don't have subs so I can't help you there.

Thanks! I'll be putting them in sometime soon... Easter perhaps... and a Pioneer deck as well... so, now I'm all that much more happy. And after comparing the Amps, I'll be going with Infinity amps as well. Thanks again.

I have had the Kappa Perfect 6.1 components and they sounded great. I would recomend that you put some 5.25 components in the front, and another set in the rear. 4x6's and 6x9's blow.

Infinity speakers = Teh awsome They are good
The amps i have heard good things about, however i havent used one myself, the thing that worrys me is that they are kinda flashy lookin, flashy usually means a selling gimic... something that most really good stuff dosent need... but we'll see.
The Subs i have heard are AWSOME at least the kappa perfects are lol.
But they arent a SPL sub, so dont expect to win any SPL Comps, but They are teh win for SQ. I think they sound Great.
Im an alpine guy, but each has their own brand, lots of guys on here have Infinity Speaks. They are defenatly good stuff.

I can't help ya with the infinity speakers, but i have an MTX Thunder 801D to power my subs and i love it. It looks really good puts out a lot of bass to my subs and NEVER gets hot. I have seriously never felt it even warm. Cardomain did have some really good prices on MTX stuff not too long ago, i don't know if they still do.
