Exclamation I need help!

Hey guys! I need help :/

So heres my problem... Everytime I wash my car I always seem to notice a decent amout of Grease or Oil mixed with dirt or something on my rims and the inside of the fender im not 100% sure what it is i just know its just black, greasy, and feels kinda thick (Giggidy ) The problem is I really dont know where its coming from and it irritates me cuz it always gets my rims so dirty. It can't be the brakes because the reservoir is still full at the same level its been for months. The only other thing I could possibly think of is the struts might be damaged and they squeeze out small amounts of grease everytime they move and it somehow lands on the rims. And unless there is something else with a large reservoir of grease or oil thats near the front wheels that you guys know about then I might end up having to change out the struts :/ i just really wanna make sure before i spend to much money on them. Also just to let you know this happens on both the front driver side and passenger side. Both the rear tires are perfectly clean still.

Axle grease.

Check your CV boots for rips/cracks. Sounds like its flinging axle grease all over the place.
