Lost power stearing!! Help!

So today I was backing out of a driveway through some snow probably like 6 inches or a little more and I almost got stuck. I didn't floor the car or red line it and didn't crank the wheel hard. All of the sudden I lost all the power stearing as I started driving down the road. I pulled over, the fluid is full, and the car was not leaking any fluid or making any noises at all. Could the pump be shot? Anyone know what this could be? I don't want to put another rack and pinion in this POS cuz that was done a year ago. Thanks if you can help.

I guarantee your pump is shot, don't worry though you can probably get a remanufactured for less than $100 and it is a really easy wrench job, beginners stuff for sure....
