I just bought 2 10" subs for my 2003 Alero. I was wondering if the stock head unit has RCA jacks for the Amp?

I totally let that slip my mind.

No it doesn't, but you can get a kit to do it from your local audio shop

The high input jack will work for the subs? Does that connect to the RCA cables?

BLK03GXS is an unknown quantity at this point
all you need if you want to keep the stock head unit is a line out converter, about $30(can) and it converts high(speaker outputs ) to sub outputs and has 2 RCA outs.. (left and right) and you can run your rca's just like regular...
BTW they allso have level controls...
